Vantage Point was a wonderful movie, until the ending.
I like the fact that it's different, it's telling you a number of people's views through out the crisis. That made it interesting and realized what you've missed through other's point of view. the twists and turns in the plot is unpredictable. you think you know who the bad guy is, but it turns out differently. you think you can trust this good guy, but he turns out bad. overall it was extreamly exciting, and full of suspense.
the problem i had with this film is that, through out the movie, the terrorist killed many people ruthlessly, (SPOILER ALERT DON'T READ ANYMORE OF THIS PARAGRAPH IF YOU DON'T WANT IT TO BE SPOILED) but in the end, they flip the car over just to stop and save a little girl from being crushed under their truck! i mean, they probably kill what, hundreds of people with their multiple bombs? i'm sure some were young children. they even killed their fellow terrorist, yet they can't kill just a small girl? i'm sure they would of been able to get away with it if they just either turned a little and drive around her, or just drive over her! they've been heartless through out the movie yet they show simpithy now, just when they have the president in their hands, they let all that planning and hard work go to waste. what a disapointment!

Sigh
Some days I feel like that is all I can do: sigh. I do that when I pause to reflect God's grace and goodness towards me. I don't deserve it, believe me I don't; but He gives it to me day after day. He amazes me all the time! I can't even find the perfect words to say how I feel; how He makes me feel. I feel whole, complete, at peace, loved, etc. I could go on and on with words that won't measure up to Him. Everyone in the world could use the most beautiful names and words to call Him and it still won't even measure to how Magnififent and Awesome and Miraculous He is. I am at a lost for words.

Is It A Crime?
I often take the fact that I have a job for granted. I do admit it's not the most amazing job in the world (I am a receptionist at an Insurance company) but there are people that would cause bodily harm for a job. So with that being said, I count my blessings. Today was the open house for our new Women's Empowerment Ministry. Did I mention I chopped of my hair before I went? I have a haircut similar to Victoria Beckham just a little shorter. I have always liked my hair short; I actually have more confidence with it short believe it or not. I had to fight the urge to go shopping. I normally go shopping for key items whenever I change my hairstyles. I like to complete the "look" that I have going. Any who, by the time the meeting was done I was ready to go home and sleep. I don't remember a Saturday to myself; I am always somwhere or on my way there. I need "me weekend". I hope its coming soon.

Watch City Of Ember and The Chronicles of Narnia
Lately I've been watching and downloading movies nonstop! i just finished City Of Ember and i must say, once again it's amazing. can't wait for the People of Sparks to come out! it's the sequel.
Here's the trailer for City Of Ember:
Now when i was searching for a good quality trailer online, i managed to find the actual movie uploaded. it's not as good quality as the one i downloaded, but it's there. Click here to watch it. it is hosted on megavideo.
i give it a 9/10 for video, and 9/10 for audio, so it's still fairly good.
I also downloaded The Chronicles Of Narnia: Prince Caspian. i watched the first movie in theatres a few years ago, it was wonder, simply magnificent. and i also read reviews saying the second one was even better than the first! i had to have it.
Here the trailer for The Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, the witch and the wardrobe:
And here's the trailer for The Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian:
I managed to find the both of the movies uploaded on youtube, but there's no telling when it'll be deleted, since well, it's youtube...
Here is a playlist of The Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, the witch and the wardrobe and The Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian:
(There are major parts missing on the second movie, so sorry, and the quality honestly is crap. Comment if you want me to find better ones or have me upload mine.)
And if you don't fancy watching it here or have a hard time navigating through the parts, here is the link to the playlist on youtube.

Transformers
hmm, once again I'm up late. luckily it's a Friday so no school tomorrow :P. you'll be reading quite a lot about how I'm not sleeping and most entries will be posted at night. yes, i need a life, but hey, if you're reading this, then so do you? i guess?
well, this time I'm up because of Transformers, that 2007 movie i believe. Since it's 2009, and the new Transformers 2: Revenge of the Fallen is coming out, i thought i should catch up on the first one.
here is an awesome trailer of the first one, best quality i could find on youtube:
and here's the second one, Transformers 2: Revenge of the Fallen:
now i actually have the first one downloaded... (SHHH don't call the cops!) so if i gest a least like, 20 comments (from different people), i might consider uploading it for you guys! it's really high quality.
i don't want to ruin the movie by providing spoilers, and i'm also a horrible movie critic, so i'm not going to comment much about the movie. i'm just one of those people that loves watching romantic comedies, action films, historical, and anything else i can find online :P
Remember to comment if you want me to upload the movie Transformers!

Makeup Forever Cream Liner Update
I really wanted to love this liner. Really. I had heard such good things about it. And there are things about it that I like. It has a slight powdery consistency, which makes it go on softer than my MAC fluid line. However, the thing dried out really badly...and I made sure it was closed tight every time I used it. I was so paranoid about it drying out that I even closed it after each time I dipped the brush in it while I was applying it. So there is no reason why it should be as dry as it is.
Now...to be fair...the thing is not a hockey puck or anything...it's just shrinking away from the edges of the container. However, that is unacceptable. My MAC fluidline, in contrast, is perfectly moist still. And since I paid more for the MUFE cream liner, I expect it to last better than it has.
So although the liner stays on extremely well, and I like the texture/consistency...the drying out issue is reason enough for me not to purchase it again.

Cheap-o Blackhead Strips?
Kym Douglas, the author of books such as The Black Book of Hollywood Beauty Secrets and The Black Book of Hollywood Diet Secrets, was on Ellen yesterday to share with viewers some recession-proof beauty secrets.
One of them was washing your hair with beer (heard it before) and another was a way to get rid of blackheads.
She said that instead of using those expensive Biore Pore Strips to just use some white children's glue. Put it on your nose and let it dry, and when it comes off the blackheads come right out with it.
I was intrigued and decided to put this to the test. After washing my face last night I grabbed my Ross School Glue from my scrapbooking kit, smeared it on my nose and let it set.

It didn't work.
In the glue I could see indents where the pores are, but nothing had come out. The only thing I could see on the glue were those teeny-tiny blonde hairs you have all over your body. It did work as an exfoliator however, the same way as a peel-off mask, and my skin felt really smooth after.
Although the store-bought strips don't get rid of all your blackheads at least they get some, especially in the creases of your ala (good word eh?)
Maybe I'll try the glue trick for leg waxing?
